From answers to adventure
Adventure involves big risks, danger, excitement, exploration, unknown paths, torn maps, new ideas, growth, strange new lands and connecting with amazing humans. Basically, Adventure means you are the Indiana Jones of your own life! The Captain of your own ship.
Faith for me is all about Hope in the existence of God who is the Source of everything. God, Love, Source, Creator, Consciousness, Universe - whatever you call it. It's not about religion or beliefs or sacred writings. Faith is the foundation of existential meaning and the starting point for a meaningful life filled with Hope.
I no longer attend church because I don't find any wonder there. There is no adventure found there for me. There are only certain answers and no child-like curiosity. I find wonder in science, the human body, relationships, personal growth, my wife and kids, authenticity, truth-telling and travel.
